Back at base, but equally important, his partner Sandra Kay ensures the Northern Light business runs smoothly and efficiently. Using her admin, legal and organisational skills she manages the client, media and marketing knowledge databases, handles the finance and views and reviews all the copy as part of the central copywriting service.
To meet the exacting demands and expectations of such a wide range of clients has meant the two partners, assisted by other skilled specialists, have developed a lean, flexible and cost-effective business model able to adapt quickly and easily to changing situations, different markets and moving timescales.
